Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Policy
ONCE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED YOU HAVE 10 DAYS TO CONTACT US WITH ANY ISSUES OR NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
I only offer refunds on defective items, or mistakes made by us. Make sure that you check your sizing, order of initials and/or spelling before you place your order.
If product is custom, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the event that an error was made on the our end. While we believe our shirts run true to size, you are responsible for choosing the correct size. We will not accept returns due to items not fitting.
If you are returning something that is not personalized, you must return it before we issue a refund. Please note that we do NOT issue refunds on personalized items as they cannot be resold.
In no instance will you be able to keep and item and get a refund.
